There is this wonderful thing about 'believing' in something or someone- it always asks for a little bit of faith. To believe is to accept that something is true especially without proof. As much as your actions speak loudly for themselves, whatever you believe in and whoever you believe in is a reflection of your character and identity. The values and beliefs that we all possess can divide us or unite us. This by no means is meant to just relate to spirituality but to your morality too. Here are some examples that prove this:
'I believe in Jesus Christ'
'I believe in equality and justice'
'I believe that I am right on this one'
The word 'believe' has so much power as it is a exclamation, a declaration of what one accepts is true. Don't ever think that you can believe without a little bit of faith. Faith is complete trust or confidence in someone or something. Faith is the noun, believe is the verb. Together they intertwine beautifully, you can never have one without the other. So the next time you say 'I believe,' mean it. When you say 'I believe in you' to someone you are ultimately having faith in them. When you say 'I believe in equal rights' you are having faith in the action to take place for it to happen. Everyone has the opportunity to choose what they believe in, whatever you choose to believe in .. make sure that it's worth putting your faith into.
